Love this surgery, always have time for you and make you feel like a person not just another illness they are treating. Their extended opening hours during the week and availability for emergencies at weekends means the chances of having to go to A&E unnecessarily are greatly reduced.

The Dr was very friendly and took to time to listen to my concerns. She was very thorough and made me feel confident. This is really important to me especially as I am currently pregnant.

Rochford medical practise is my family surgery and have been registered here for a number of years. Dr Bajen is absolutely fantastic, very understanding and presents as a very kind and caring man, he always has time for me and listens to me as a patient. Unfortunately, Dr Bajen gets booked up quickly so I find it hard to make an appointment with him. I have to say, the receptionists over the last year or so seem to be lacking in friendliness!! They are difficult to talk to and I personally have found some of them to be rude both to me and my family when calling for appointments. An example of this is when I had a car accident a few months ago, I called up at the correct time (at 1pm for an afternoon appointment) and finally got through at 1:20pm. I was told by the receptionist - and I quote - "we have no appointments and it's as simple as that". I explained that I had been in an accident and by this time I was crying but was then told "if I had an appointment Id give you one wouldn't I?" I was completely shocked and actually hung up on the lady. I would only recommend this surgery because of Dr Bajen.

This is by far the best GP practice I have ever been registered with. Very customer friendly and should be a model for all GP practices given the amount of people who have major problems with their GP practices from what I hear and read.

Very happy with all aspects of care at Rochford Medical Practice, from appointment making through to treatment and after care. I would not hesitate in recommending to a family member or friend.
